WHere is a home-style take on a beverage found on the seasonal drinks list. Designed as a party-sized premix that's bursting with flavours of the festive period, making it ideal for a festive gathering. Save the extra syrup for brunch beverages, sweets, or for more rounds of bikinis.

Makes enough for 10 servings
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (produces 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Method
For the Cordial: Combine the listed components inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, take off the heat and let it to cool entirely. Pour to a clean bottle, cap it and store chilled, it can be stored for about one month.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Pour every spirits and syrup in a big jug, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then pass it through preferably using cheesecloth, making it perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix into your mixing glass containing ice, and stir carefully for a minute to chill. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
